Desktop Lightning Review

A couple of weeks ago a friend invited me to join Desktop Lightning. I declined at first, thinking it was another crazy idea that would never take off.

Luckily, he persisted and sent me a follow up. I took a look at the Desktop Lightning site and decided to get involved even though it was still in BETA.

Boy, was I pleased I took a second look!?

The combination of remarkably powerful viral growth and a breakthrough new type of direct-to-desktop advertising almost makes using this site unfair.

Within 2 weeks, I now have a 100% opt-in subscriber base of 591 people (as at 7th October 2006) and it’s growing all the time.

These are people just like you and me who want to market online and are prepared to receive a low volume (max 14 per week) of messages from their upline.

The application is tiny, spyware free and sits in your system tray bypassing traditional email and the problems that can bring.

Desktop Lightning just went live yesterday and if you want to promote your site or program online, I would encourage you to take a close look.

I’ve also put a video about Desktop Lightning together to show you how simple, yet effective, this new marketing tool really is.
