Second Chance for Zanox?

I was amazed today to receive a phone call from an Affiliate Manager at Zanox. Zanox are a German based affiliate network who launched into the UK a year or so ago. I did a little light promotion of them but quickly stopped as I found their website and support to be very poor.

Fast forward to today and I have to say what a pleasant surprise it was to receive the call from Matt ? who has taken on the task of helping them to get the act together in the UK market. He didn’t give me any fluff or try and convince me to drop everything and get back on board with them. He simply outlined the plans, acknowledged errors had been made and gave assurances that things would improve.

This was good stuff and I, for one, will be happy to give Zanox a second chance should all these positive statements come true. Just goes to show in this world of websites and emails, that there’s still a place for the good ‘old fashioned’ telephone!
