eComXpo Success

Well the Affiliate Expo (eComXpo) finished over the weekend. This was my first time at this virtual trade show and thought it worked really well.

I didn’t get as much out of the event as I had imagined but that was simply down to me not having the luxury of time to spend ‘wandering the floor’.

There were a couple of great training sessions I attended however and one in particular more than made it a worthwhile investment. As they always say, the ‘devil is in the detail’ and there was one point about website design and lead capture that I had overlooked on one of my affiliate sites that should ramp up the profits. Now all I need do is implement the changes…

If you get an invite for the next eComXpo I strongly suggest you register and block out a few hours to get maximum gain.

I also thought the expo was a great thing, plenty of major names were there -
I found most of the time that people even at major stands were unavailable to talk though,
perhaps being in London on GMT didnt help much…

I thought they had great presentations though to help affiliates get more out of what
they are doing though such as getting started with communicating with affiliate managers
rather than just applying and sitting back.. hoping for the best…

Your blog seems useful, Im glad to have signed up to your mailings.
